Typically, this setup is used for interactive, instructor-led cloud desktop environments or virtual classrooms to deliver high-quality corporate training. Instructors or trainers can monitor their students' cloud desktops and observe their engagement during online sessions.

Additionally, employers can restrict access to data processed on the cloud desktop, preventing employees from transferring it externally. Clipboard functions and access to specific websites can be limited, ensuring all data is securely handled within the virtual desktop.
