Privacy Policy

NobleProg Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales operating as DaDesktop. Should you have any questions about this policy or our approach to data privacy, email us at dd@nobleprog.co.uk

At DaDesktop, we take the privacy of our users seriously. This document outlines how we gather and use your personal data, along with the steps we take to keep your information protected.

Services

DaDesktop can be delivered from an EU-based NobleProg Data Centre using the following options:

We collect and process personal data only as needed to deliver our services or for the lawful reasons set out in this privacy policy. Bear in mind how we collect and store data varies considerably based on the hosting option you choose.

NobleProg hosted public server

This option runs on a NobleProg data centre within the EU (GDPR compliant). It is a shared environment for NobleProg clients, accessible by NobleProg staff.

If you opt for a server outside the EU, the laws of that region may govern data. For UK-based customers, data stays within the UK.

NobleProg hosted private server

This setup also uses a NobleProg data centre inside the EU, but as a dedicated server reserved exclusively for one organisation—no other entity shares the hardware.

If you opt for a server outside the EU, the laws of that region may govern data.

On premise server

The server sits on the organisation’s own site. The software is installed there, and all data remains under the organisation’s complete control.

  • Our terms forbid any personal activities—such as accessing social media, conducting financial transactions, or performing private web searches.
  • Once the course is marked as completed, the data is erased.

  • All collected and stored data is managed by the client.
  • If needed, Course Desktops and recordings may be captured for troubleshooting and other purposes (similar to Shared Server). The client bears the responsibility, and due to automatic purging, they are removed after 14 days.

  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.
