Terms of Use for DaDesktop Public Cloud

Purpose

The remote desktops we provide are intended solely for delivering training, offering consultancy services, or conducting recruitment activities.

Non-permitted use

These types of use are not allowed:

1. Hosting websites or other services
2. Bitcoin mining
3. Running performance tests

Should our team notice any of these activities, we will immediately terminate the service without offering a refund.

 

Guarantee and Service Layer Agreement

DaDesktop assures that the service will be available at least 95% of the time.

Maintenance, repairs, and upgrades will be performed outside of regular working hours, from 8 am to 8 pm local time in Romania.

 

Data Safety and Confidentiality

The service is delivered as-is; we cannot promise the confidentiality or safety of data stored on the desktops. For that level of assurance, you might want to look into DaDesktop On-Premise instead.

Because these desktops are primarily designed for training, they aren’t appropriate for handling highly sensitive information.

The login process for Remote Desktops is built with ease of use in mind, rather than tight security.

Troubleshooting Recording

For troubleshooting reasons, we may record Course Desktops — including Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participant sessions.

Disclaimers of Liability - Indemnification

DaDesktop supplies the services “as is,” with all defects and only as available, and together with our suppliers, we disavow any express or implied warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we and our suppliers reject implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, accuracy, fitness for a particular use or need, and non-infringement. Neither we nor our suppliers promise that results from using the services will be effective, reliable, accurate, or meet your needs. We make no guarantee that you can access or use the services (directly or through third-party networks) at any time or place you choose. No statement from a DaDesktop representative, whether oral or written, creates a warranty. You may hold additional consumer rights under your local laws that this agreement cannot override. Using the services is entirely at your own risk.

Your only remedy for any disagreement with us or our suppliers is to cancel your account. Under no circumstances will our, our affiliates’, and our suppliers’ combined liability for any claims tied to service usage surpass the total fees you paid, if any, during the period when those claims emerged. We, our affiliates, and our suppliers will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
