Course Chat

Course Chat is a communication tool for trainers, participants, and support members during a live course.  It's built right into the training room.

To join the course chat, simply go to the training room.  Once there, you'll be prompted to enter the chat.

To get back to it later, just click the chat icon at the top right of the training room.

Clicking it opens the chat interface on the left, where your course appears in the list.  You can enable notifications (at the top of the chat interface) to play a sound each time someone posts a new message.
