Your Account

Every user has several settings they can adjust from their own account. My account

To begin, click your username in the top-right corner of the screen, then select 'My account' as illustrated.

Here you’ll find the main account page.

Each numbered item in the table below explains a specific function.

		Description
1	Balance	Displays your current account balance.
2	Notification	Sends an email alert when your balance drops below a set amount—you choose the threshold.
3	Billing Links	Quick links to make a payment, check your balance, view previous payments, and transfer funds.
4	Account Email	This email address is fixed and cannot be changed.
5	Password	Change your login password right here.
6	Display Name	The name shown to other users—you can edit it at any time.
7	Full Name	Your complete name, also editable whenever you need.
8	Mobile Number	Your phone number can be updated as needed.
9	Timezone	Set this so that all times display correctly for your location.
10	Recordings Publishing Setting	If you're a Trainer, you can decide whether course recordings from your machine are published on the dadesktop.com/videos site.
11	Joined	The date you became a DaDesktop member.
12	Delete Account	Click here to permanently remove your DaDesktop account; all your details will be erased.
13	My Organisation	You can also connect an organisation to your account—just add an Organisation. Its details will appear in this section.
14	Introduction Tour	Want to see the introductory tour again? Just uncheck this box and the guide will reappear.
