Server Management
It's possible to add or remove servers from your On-Premise or OEM DaDesktop cloud.
Sync all sys info
This scans each server's CPU, memory, and other specs, then updates the database accordingly. That data is then used by DaDesktop when suggesting servers to users; those with more resources get recommended first.
After upgrading hardware, you have the option to sync all servers or just the one you modified.
Keep in mind that if you're dealing with over 1000 servers, the sync process could take a few minutes.
Change State (Suspend, Reinstate)
Suspend a server whenever it becomes inaccessible. Doing this stops the DaDesktop GUI from attempting to check the server's status and that of its Desktops.
You can also use this if a server is unavailable because of a malfunction.
Retiring Server
When you decide to stop using a certain server, you can place it in retire mode. This blocks new Desktops from being created on that server, though existing ones remain usable or can be copied to other servers.
