Recording the Training Room (Trainer's Desktop)

Trainers can record the Training Room and capture all participants' desktops. This capability is handy for revisiting course material or documenting student issues as they arise, assisting with troubleshooting whether for your own notes or the development team's support.

Recording Button

Inside the Training Room, look for the recording button at the bottom. It sits right next to your name and user tags, as the screenshot below illustrates.

 

When you activate the button, recording begins and the button starts to pulse red softly. To stop, just click the button once more.

 

Accessing Recordings

From the course page, you can get to all your recordings by clicking the `Recordings` tab. After that, you can choose which type of recording you'd like to view.
