Multi-region support

The trainer finishes getting the standalone ready.

1. The trainer clicks Action and picks 'clone to another server'.
   
2. Choose the server delegates required to make the connection fast.
3. Go back to the course Desktops and select 'clone from standalone' to duplicate the right servers.
   
4. Delegates can then use the DaDesktop (Virtual Machine) based on the fastest connection from their own locations.
